Welcome to Relaxed Spider

The following details apply here. The objective remains eight complete same-suit King-to-Ace runs. Relaxed Spider on honey438.com permits stock deals while columns are empty. Choose one suit, two suits or four suits using the game controls. The game still uses 104 cards in ten columns.

Deal into empty columns

Keep these points in mind. An empty column no longer prevents a stock deal in this variant. The relaxed stock rule does not allow mixed-suit groups to move together. A stock card dealt to an empty column becomes that column's first face-up card. The relaxed stock rule does not change the rank requirement for ordinary moves.

Read the opening

Here are the details for this mode. Only the bottom card of each opening column is face up. The first four columns have six cards each and the remaining six have five. The opening tableau contains 54 cards. The stock contains fifty cards for five later deals.

Descending rank placement

Here are the details for this mode. The two cards do not need to share a suit for a single-card placement. An Ace cannot receive a lower-ranked card. An exposed card may land on another exposed card exactly one rank higher. A King needs an empty destination because no rank is higher.

Follow one suit

Keep these points in mind. A suit change can leave a smaller movable group at the bottom of a column. Same-suit building can reduce the work needed to separate mixed sequences later. A descending group moves as a unit only when every selected card shares a suit. A break in rank prevents the entire selected group from moving together.

Keep space available

The following details apply here. A new stock row fills every empty column with one card. Empty columns remain useful for separating temporary mixed builds. Any exposed card or legal same-suit group can occupy an empty column. You may preserve an empty column until you decide to deal from the stock.

Bring in another row

Here are the details for this mode. Dealing can block an existing sequence as well as reveal new combinations. A stock deal places one card onto each of the ten columns. You cannot direct an individual stock card to a chosen destination. Undo restores the previous arrangement when the stock-deal snapshot is available.

Collect matching runs

The following details apply here. A complete run contains thirteen face-up cards in one suit from King to Ace. Changing the number of suits does not change the number of required runs. The game removes a complete run automatically at the bottom of a column. Eight collected runs are required to finish Relaxed Spider.

Practice the variant

Random relaxed deals are not presented as guaranteed solvable. New game creates a fresh shuffle in the selected suit setting. Hints identify legal options without guaranteeing a win. Replay restores the same shuffle for another attempt.

Separate variant progress

Keep these points in mind. Each relaxed suit setting has its own current local game. My Statistics displays relaxed starts and wins in separate rows. Relaxed Spider keeps its saved games separate from standard Spider when saving is enabled. Privacy & Cookie Settings lets you turn saving off or clear local records.
